User Data Deletion
You can permanently delete your Brainy Day / LetterClash account and all associated data at any time.
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
Delete in the app
- Open LetterClash.
- Go to the You (profile) tab and tap the gear / Settings icon.
- Tap Account → Delete account → confirm.
Or request deletion by email
- Email brainy@brainyday.app with the subject
Brainy Day Data Deletion Request.
- Include any identifiers you know (the email or display name on your account) so we can find it.
- We will verify ownership and delete your account and data stored in our backend (PlayFab / Microsoft Azure).
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile
- Your display name
- Your game history, game state, and scores
- Your chat messages
- Your stored push notification token
We may retain a minimal amount of information only where required for security, fraud
prevention, or legal compliance, and only for as long as necessary.
