Delete your account & data
You can permanently delete your LetterClash account and all associated data at any time.
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Your account and
all associated data are removed.
Option 1 — Delete in the app
- Open LetterClash.
- Go to the You (profile) tab and tap the gear / Settings icon.
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete account, then confirm.
This permanently deletes your account and all associated data. You do not need to contact
us — the deletion happens right away.
Option 2 — Ask us to delete it
If you can't access the app, email
brainy@brainyday.app
from the address on your account (or tell us your display name) and request deletion.
We'll verify ownership and delete your account and data.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile
- Your display name
- Your game history and game state
- Your scores
- Your chat messages
- Your stored push notification token
We may retain a minimal amount of information only where required for security, fraud
prevention, or legal compliance (for example, limited server/audit logs), and only for as
long as necessary.
