Delete your account & data
You can permanently delete your Brainy Day account and all associated data at any time.
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Your account and
all associated data are removed.
Option 1 — Delete in the app
In LetterClash
- Open LetterClash.
- Go to the You (profile) tab and tap the gear / Settings icon.
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete account, then confirm.
In PatchWord
- Open PatchWord.
- Go to the You tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm when asked.
In both games this permanently deletes your account and all associated data. You do not
need to contact us — the deletion happens right away, and the app returns you to the
sign-in screen.
Option 2 — Ask us to delete it
If you can't access the app, email
brainy@brainyday.app
from the address on your account (or tell us your display name), say which game you play,
and request deletion. We'll verify ownership and delete your account and data.
What gets deleted
Both games share one Brainy Day account, so deleting it removes all of the following:
- Your account and profile
- Your display name and email address
- Your LetterClash game history and game state
- Your LetterClash scores and chat messages
- Your stored push notification token
- Your PatchWord daily results, streak and statistics
We may retain a minimal amount of information only where required for security, fraud
prevention, or legal compliance (for example, limited server/audit logs), and only for as
long as necessary.
